Trial of five accused of murdering Scarborough man Solomon Robinson postponed for six months

Twenty-six-year-old Mr Robinson died following an alleged stabbing in St Nicholas Street in the early hours of October 20 last year.
Mr Robinson was found with serious injuries outside Scarborough Town Hall at about 2am and taken to hospital where he died.

Hide AdFive men - Callon Brass, 21, of Eastborough, Dawid Goral, 20, of Durham Street, Stevie Low, 22, of Longwestgate, Kieron Watkinson, 18, of Endcliff Crescent, and Stefan Selvage, 18, of Colescliffe Road - each deny murdering Mr Robinson.
They were due to appear for trial on Monday, but the case was adjourned to October 6 due to the coronavirus pandemic which has led to the suspension and curtailing of court proceedings throughout the country.
All five defendants were remanded in custody until the postponed trial, which is due to last about four weeks.
